2nd CITEDH-R1 Regional Research Conference in ITE & IT SKILLS Competitions(CRRCISC) 2024

Theme: Emerging Trends in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Bitcoin Mining,Data Science, and Data-driven Decision Making for Research Innovation

The COUNCIL OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EDUCATIONS DEANS AND HEADS- REGION 1 will be hosting the 2nd CITEDH-R1 Regional Research Conference in ITE & IT Skills Competitions on March 25, 2024, at Dr. Telesforo N. Boquerin Convention Hall, Pangasinan State University, Lingayen, Pangasinan, Philippines.

CITEDH-R1, is a non-profit membership organization composed of educators specializing in Information Technology from the Ilocos Region. Our goal is to enhance the quality of IT and promote the excellence of the country in the field providing a forum for communication, collaboration, and cooperation among its members through instruction, research, and education programs centered on Information Technology in partnership with public and private stakeholders.

CRRCISC 2024 aims to engage the faculty and students in constructive dialogue on critical issues in IT and other related topics, promote innovation, and develop leadership qualities, teamwork, and camaraderie. At least 1000+ students and faculty members from different schools in the region and regional delegates will convene along with experts, young professionals, leaders, and advocates.

PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished full research papers for presentation at CR1-RRCITE 2024. Participants must be students pursuing an academic degree at the time of submission. There are three categories in this area 1) graduate 2) undergraduate and 3) poster presentation.

The Conference Review Policy requires that each submitted paper will be peer-reviewed and accepted by at least three (3) reviewers for inclusion in the conference program, on the printed and online proceedings. At least an author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference to present. Please take note that only the registered author will receive a certificate of participation/presentation.

All manuscripts and presentation slides must be submitted electronically and submit it to secretariat@citedh-r1.org in PDF and word document forms using the CRRCISC 2024 standard format in IMRaD style available at bit.ly/crrcite2023_ResearchTemplate

A maximum of seven (7) pages, including an abstract of up to 200 words will be allowed for each accepted paper in the proceedings.

Deadline for Camera-ready Papers with Revisions: March 10, 2024

Recognizing the importance of student scholarly work, it is imperative that research and innovative initiatives be encouraged and adequately rewarded. With this insight, CITEDH-R1 organizes the 2nd Regional Research Conference & IT Skills Competition(CRRCISC) which will be participated by students from all academic levels including graduate, undergraduate, and senior high school students. In addition to the research presentation, the conference provides a venue for students and faculty to interact in a roundtable discussion on emerging technologies while participating in social activities and skills competitions.
